5. Refund & Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or return under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  • Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).
